We flattened the warped top using a traditional restoration technique, and stabilized the top (to prevent future warping) by adding both side stabilizers (pegged mortise and tenon, with peg holes elliptical to allow for wood movement) and bottom stabilizers (sliding dovetails). The damaged leg parts were replaced with loose-tenon prostheses and shaped to final form.
